GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

  1. Identify best practice in ecosystem marketing and messaging across the country; what aspects can be adapted in Greater Austin?
  2. Identify resource needs to improve current efforts in messaging and communicating about STEM ecosystem and ecosystem efforts.
  3. Identify key media champions – who are best positioned to promote Greater Austin STEM ecosystem work.
  4. Develop both online, social media, and conventional communications strategies that can be adapted across the STEM ecosystem in Greater Austin – actual tools can be designed and implemented during 2-year timeline; but by April 2017 identify key goals and by September 2017 identify what tools needs to be designed, developed, and promoted across all ecosystem network participants.
